Step 6: Entering A Contest More Than Once
Do you like the team that you just created? At Fantasy Factor, you can enter it in the same league type more than once to match it up against more competitors. Each league type that you see in the Stadium Panel stays open and accepts teams up until the entry deadline.
For example, in a “5-Team Minimum” league type, there could be 50, 100 or more teams entered into the competition. After the entry deadline, all of the teams in the “5 Team Minimum” league type are randomized using the patent-pending TeamShuffle™ process and sorted (in this case) into 5-team leagues, or as close as possible, depending on the total number of entries.
For instance, if there were 32 teams entered, TeamShuffle™ would randomize those entries into four 5-team leagues and two 6-team leagues. If six of those 32 teams were your entries, each team would be entered into a separate league. TeamShuffle™ will always arrange the leagues so that the number of teams in each league is as close as possible to the minimum size for that league type. If you enter multiple teams, your first team is guaranteed entry into a contest. However, since you can’t have two teams in the same league, there is a chance that your subsequent teams may not get matched up if there aren’t enough teams entered into the league type.
Unlimited contests are the only league type that you can’t enter more than once.
